Peter Hage - Strategic Partnerships and Engagement/ Sustainability

Peter has had an extensive career that includes expertise in finance, marketing, consulting, alternative energy, information technology, and environmental conservation and brings a strong background in managing strategic initiatives and leading multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions to complex business challenges.

 

In his capacity as Director of Development for NetHope, a coalition of 50 leading international relief, development and conservation nonprofits, Peter managed strategic partnerships with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Tableau and Cisco with a focus on information and communications technology (ICT) for disaster preparedness and response. Prior to joining NetHope, Peter served as director of corporate development for technology and information systems for The Nature Conservancy where he initiated and managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, IBM, Microsoft, Caterpillar, General Mills, and Cisco Systems. In addition, Peter coordinated The Nature Conservancy’s nascent urban conservation program for North America, working to better understand for the role for natural systems in disaster risk reduction and resilience and identifying opportunities for developing green infrastructure projects.

 

Peter's background includes a BS in Finance from University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.​
